YOGA CLASSES: CASUAL PASS
Wednesday 6.15-7.15pm: Beginner's Yoga
Yoga Essentials to build the foundations of your Hatha yoga practice. Great for those newer to yoga looking to establish a yoga practice and develop technique. Classes focus on alignment and include Pranayama (breath work) and meditation, bringing your mind, body and breath into awareness in a supportive environment, outdoors amongst nature.
All levels & ages welcome.
Randwick Community Centre - 27 Munda St, Randwick. Classes are held in the sustainability park garden, just outside of "The Classroom".
Classes will also remain to be held virtually, via ZOOM - Dial in details provided upon booking.
COVID SAFE guidelines are in place & bookings are essential - max of 9 attendees per class.
Saturday 9.15-10.15am: Rise + Stretch Restorative Yoga
Start the weekend with a restorative stretch class amongst nature in the gardens of Randwick Community Centre Sustainability Park. A combination of Hatha & Yin Yoga to move and stretch the fascia - a great class for anyone sitting at a desk or standing all day, keen to get back outdoors (safely!) and meet community locals. Classes include breath work and mindful meditation focused on our mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.

Sunday 5-6pm: YIN Night-IN
Enjoy an hour of bliss with restorative YIN yoga - ideal for anyone and every body - to increase strength and flexibility; as fascia releases, we work through the meridians and energy centres in the body.
Classes are grounded in mindful breathing techniques - Pranayama and meditation, in a nurturing space to nourish the body and tune in and connect with our inner emotional wellbeing leaving you feeling relaxed and calm.
Research shows that as well as having a positive impact on the mind and reducing feelings of stress and anxiety, the practice increases circulation, improves flexibility, releases fascia and improves joint mobility, and balances our internal organs – improving the flow of chi or prana the body.
