YOGA CLASSES: Beginner's 12 Week Program
Beginner's Adult Program - Grounding + Balancing
Join us for a 60min class focused on developing the foundation of yoga. The class is designed for beginners who would like to develop a sustainable yoga practice, increase strength, flexibility and emotional wellbeing in a safe and supportive environment.
Classes are grounded in mindful breathing techniques - Pranayama and meditation, with guided Hatha and meridian based asana.
Connect to nature as we practice outdoors as the sun sets over the garden retreat!
Throughout the program we will focus on the Meridians governing elimination of the Autumn season - Lungs and Large Intestines. As the season starts to turn, the change can often make us feel a little scattered, anxious, unsettled with difficulty focusing. Physically, it can manifest with skin issues, dry hair, skin and constipation.
Over the course, we will work with Ayurvedic practices, TCM and Yoga Therapy to ground down as we build strength from the earth for the body, mind and spirit to bring balance.
The program is ideal if you’re looking for a supportive environment to practice with a like minded community of locals.

Location: Randwick Community Centre - 27 Munda St, Randwick. Classes are held in the sustainability park garden, just outside of "The Classroom". In wet weather, classes will continue via Zoom.
