

YOGA CLASSES: Summer Program
Summer Program - 6 classes for 5
Join us for a 60min class focused on developing the foundation of yoga. The class is designed for beginners who would like to develop a sustainable yoga practice, increase strength, flexibility and emotional wellbeing in a safe and supportive environment.
Classes are grounded in mindful breathing techniques - Pranayama and meditation, with guided Hatha and meridian based asana.
Connect to nature as we practice outdoors as the sun sets over the garden retreat!
Throughout the program we will focus on the Meridians governing metabolic body energy that fire up the Summer season - Heart & Small Intestine. When the fire element is in balance, the heart is strong and healthy, the mind is calm & sleep is sound!
Over the course, we will work with Ayurvedic practices, TCM and Yoga Therapy to connect with our inner nature as we build strength from the earth for the body, mind and spirit to bring balance.
The program is ideal if you’re looking for a supportive environment to practice with a like minded community of locals.
- Daily balancing breathing technique you can do anywhere and anytime to still and calm the mind to help refocus and improve concentration.
- Affirmation and mindfulness practice to start and end the day with the intention of gratitude, daily.
- Essential oil rituals to ground your body, calm your mind and balance your emotions.

Time: 6-7pm
Location: Randwick Community Centre - 27 Munda St, Randwick. Classes are held in the sustainability park garden, just outside of "The Classroom". In wet weather, classes will continue via Zoom.
COVID SAFE guidelines are in place & bookings are essential.
